How this inquiry form works

The form below sends a message through a web form service to the company, and the company replies to the email address entered in the form. The form asks for a name and an email address because a reply needs a destination, and it leaves the message itself open because dental orders do not fit a fixed template. A laboratory can describe a case, a shade problem, a machine compatibility doubt or a delivery question in the same field, without trimming it to preset options.

There is a hidden anti-spam field in the form that visitors should leave untouched, and the form submits directly to the form service rather than through a script on this site. That arrangement keeps the inquiry simple and keeps the sender's message intact. If the form ever fails to submit, the company email address on the contact page is the fallback, and quoting the intended message there will get the inquiry moving again.

What a strong inquiry contains

A strong inquiry starts with the product family and the named product, then adds the quantity range and the destination. For a blank, add the shade family and the disc size the laboratory uses. For a machine, add the materials to be milled and the milling mode required. For a furnace, add the blanks to be fired and the cycle turnaround expected. For a bur, add the material to be milled and the holder or system it must fit.

The second half of a strong inquiry is the list of confirmations: the minimum order quantity for the items named, the lead time for the destination, the shipping method, and the payment method and terms. Those four points are written on this page as instructions to the buyer, because they vary by order and cannot be promised in advance on a public page. An inquiry that names them will usually need one fewer round of messages than one that leaves them open.

Product questions versus order questions

Product questions ask what something is: which family a blank belongs to, which materials a milling machine handles, which furnace fires which blanks, or which system a bur is listed as compatible with. Those questions can be answered from the catalogue, and the product and guide pages on this site already answer many of them. An inquiry that repeats a catalogue question will still be answered, but it will be slower than reading the relevant page first.

Order questions ask what something costs, when it arrives, or what document covers it, and those need a specific order to answer. Price, lead time and certificate documents all depend on the items, the quantities and the destination, so this site does not publish them as general promises. Naming the items and the destination in the inquiry lets the company answer the order question in the first reply instead of asking for the missing details.

Certificates and documents in an inquiry

Certificates are available upon request, and an inquiry is the place to request them. Name the product and the market the document is needed for, and the company can supply the relevant document or say plainly that it is not available for that item. That specificity matters, because a certificate name alone does not show whether it covers a particular blank, a particular machine or a particular destination's requirements.

Platform labels should not be confused with product documents in an inquiry. Audited Supplier and Diamond Member are platform membership and audit labels on the MIC pages, not product certificates, and asking for them as certificates will only slow the exchange. Ask instead for the document by its product and market, and the reply can address the real requirement behind the request.

After sending the inquiry

After sending, watch the email address entered in the form for the reply, and check any spam folder if nothing arrives within a reasonable window. A short follow-up that quotes the original message, with the product names and quantities repeated, is easier to match than a new message that starts the conversation again. If the reply raises a new question about compatibility or quantity, answer it in the same thread so the history stays in one place.

Before payment, please confirm the payment method, the minimum order quantity, the lead time and the shipping method for the specific items in the inquiry, and keep that confirmation in writing. Those four confirmations, once given by the company side for a specific order, become the terms to check against the invoice. A buyer who skips them and pays first has given up the easiest moment to correct a misunderstanding.

Inquiries this form is not for

This form is not a substitute for reading the product pages, and a buyer who has not yet chosen a product family will get more from the category pages and guides than from an open inquiry. The guides compare blank families, explain milling modes and describe furnace choices in plain language, and they are written to narrow the choice before a message is sent. An inquiry sent after reading the relevant guide is usually shorter and more precise.

The form is also not for messages that need an immediate answer, such as a machine stopped mid-case. For an urgent bench problem, describe the machine, the material and the symptom in the message field and mark the urgency in the first line, so the company side can prioritise it. The form itself has no priority flag, so the first line of the message is where urgency belongs.
